Shipping Policy
Arabia Perfume Dubai ships orders with Flash Express so customers can receive parcels quickly and track delivery status after dispatch.
1 Courier Service
We currently ship through Flash Express. After your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to check delivery status through the courier system.
2 Delivery Time
We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible after the order and payment information have been checked.
- Most areas: approximately 1-3 business days
- Remote areas: delivery may take longer
- Promotions, holidays, or courier volume may cause delays
Delivery time may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, courier operations, or events outside the store's control.
3 Shipping After Payment
We start preparing your order when it is ready under one of these conditions:
- The order is placed successfully
- Payment has been completed
- Cash on delivery orders have been confirmed
When the parcel is packed and handed to the courier, the order status will be updated and a tracking number will be provided.
4 Shipping Fee
The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. The amount may vary by product quantity, weight, delivery area, store promotion, and free-shipping conditions.
If a free-shipping promotion is available, the condition will appear in the cart or checkout page.
5 Delivery Address
Please check your shipping details before confirming the order, especially:
- Recipient name
- Phone number
- House number and full address
- Sub-district
- District
- Province
- Postcode
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, failed delivery, or parcel return.
6 Tracking Your Parcel
Once you receive a tracking number, you can check delivery status through Flash Express. If the status does not update or there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will help check it for you.

Delivery may be delayed due to remote destination, high courier volume, weather, public holidays, incomplete address details, or the recipient being unavailable.
We are happy to help check the shipment with the courier, but the final delivery timeline depends on the courier company.
8 Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to the store because the recipient is unavailable, the phone number cannot be reached, the address is incorrect, the parcel is refused, or the courier cannot complete delivery, we will contact the customer with the details.
If re-shipping is required, an additional shipping fee may apply.
9 Damage During Delivery
If the parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving it and provide these details:
- Photos of the outer parcel box
- Photos of the damaged product
- Unboxing video if available
- Order number
- Tracking number
We will review the information and help with the next step where appropriate.
10 Changing Address After Ordering
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been sent to the courier, we may be able to update it.
If the parcel has already been dispatched or the courier data has already been sent, the address may no longer be editable through our system.
11 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been prepared, sent to the courier, or dispatched, customers cannot cancel the order through the website. Please contact us through LINE Official Account if you need assistance.
