If payment is not completed, the order may remain in To Pay status and the store may not start preparing the parcel yet.

Orders are shipped through the courier selected by the store. Flash Express is currently the main courier. Customers should check recipient name, phone number, and shipping address carefully before confirming an order.

5 Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Customers can cancel an order only while it is still in To Pay status. If the store has started processing, packing, or sending data to the courier, cancellation through the website may no longer be available.
